Spot the diagnosis 429-431


(1) A patient has come in the
 S.O.P.D for haematoma of the thinner eminence . He can't approximate the tip of the thumb with tip of the ring finger of the same hand. Spot the diagnosis?

(2) A patient has come with excruciatingly tender ,red coloured ,small localised area beneath the nail .

(3) A lady of seventy slips and falls  in her bathroom . Now she is quite unable to stand up by her self .

(1) Benette's fracture.
(2) Glomus tumour .
(3) Fracture of neck of femur.

(1) A patient comes with twisted big toe -nail like ram's horn . Spot the diagnosis?

(2) A lady of fifty five seats on the ground and stands by taking the help of ground by putting her both the palms placing on the ground . Spot the diagnosis?
Ans Menopausal osteoprosis of lumbar vertebrae.
