(1) A patient. of run-over -accident has come .He has pelvic injury and there are three things obvious (1) blood per urethrum (2) perineal hematoma(3) distended bladder.
Ans.Urethral damage.
The above patient was tried with a plain rubber Cather and the catheter
was introduced.
Ans.(3) In another case of pelvic injury ,there is a tumour like mass in the suprapubic area associated with strangury and the catheter goes in
easily and withdraws blood stained urine.
Ans.Injury to the bladder.

Ans.Achondroplasia.
(8) A boy of fifteen got an injury but he didn't mind it too much . He applied iodex and ignored it . After a few days oedema , blebs and bullae appeared . What do you think about the injury .
Ans Fracture .
(9) A patient has come with injury and his shoulder is full and swollen . Can you make spot diagnosis?
Ans Fracture of the neck of humerus .
(10) In a patient there is cystic swelling superior to patella and communication with the joint and becomes distended in any effusion of the joint knee joint .
