Two pyelograms of two different patients have been shown to you .
(1a) A patient of forty has spider leg deformity with clubbing and cupping of terminal calyces of both the kidneys .
(1b) A patient of fifty five has spider leg deformity with clubbing and cupping of renal calyces of only one kidney .
(2) A patient of ten has been advised pyelography . In his pyelogram there is inward direction of the calyces .
(3) A lady patient of twenty has been advised pyelography. Her pyelogram shows irregular dilatation of the calyces and cavity formation .
