(1) A  patient has come with a sinus on the ramus of mandible . There is watery discharge from the sinus at the time of meals .
(2) A patient says that his checks and Parotid region of right side of face becomes painful at the time of shaving and beads of perspiration appear during meals .
(3) A patient had mixed Parotid tumour for long years . Now he has developed  facial palsy that side .
(4) A patient has come with a cystic swelling on the scalp . There is baldness over the cyst .
