(220) A patient of urticaria and eosinophilia has come with enlarged and soft liver with spherical and smooth surface . Spot the diagnosis?
(221) A lady of forty five who had a nodular goitre for years ,now she complains of palpitation ,precordial pain and exhaustion on strain . Spot the diagnosis?
