(262) A patient has developed pitting oedema on the scalp . (a)Spot the diagnosis?
(b) What does it indicate?
(263) A patient has come with 3P's ,pyrexia ,proptosis and paralysis of occular muscles specially of the sixth nerve ,third and fourth escaping .
(264) A boy of seventeen has come with superficial ulcer of the face which tends to heal at the centre and active at the periphery . Spot the diagnosis?
(265) A patient of thirty five has come with inguinal lymphadenitis with suppuration ,ulceration and sinus formation. Spot the diagnosis?
(266) A lady patient of forty has come with enlarged ,hard ,irregular and fixed lymph gland to the surrounding structure in the axilla . Spot the diagnosis?
