Spot the diagnosis 369-370

(369) A male patient of forty has come with tenderness over the medial side of knee joint . There is bony thickening and irregularity of medial condyle of femur . He has a history of a fall from a tree in the recent past . Full extension of his knee is painful. Spot the diagnosis?

(370) A known patient of P.U syndrome has come . He can move about freely . There is no vomiting. The patient is afebrile and his pulse rate is about 100 . There is rigidity over the right hypochondrium . Spot the diagnosis?
