Spot the Diagnosis 598-600

(598) A patient of forty has come. He has lightening pain in the legs. On.examination there is an old ulcer scar on his glans penis and sluggish pupillary reaction. Spot the diagnosis?

(599)A patient has come. He has oedema of both lower limbs. On examination there is a huge firm and nodular mass in the umbilical area of abdomen.

(600) A patient has come with multiple, yellowish discharging sinuses on right iliac fossa. He gives the history of previous operation. On examination there is a very hard and fixed lump in the right iliac fossa. Spot the diagnosis?

Answers.
(598) Tabes dorsalis.
(599) Retroperitoneal sarcoma.
(600) Actinomicosis of caecum.
