Spot the Diagnosis 781-790

(781) A patient has severe rigors followed by severe sweating.  What is this clinical condition? 

(782) A patient has come with pain and swelling of the knee joint. On X ray of this joint, there are flex of calcification and soft tissue shadows. Spot the diagnosis? 

(783) A lady patient has come with a pinhead, small bluish point below the nail with pain. The pain is excruciating when the nail is pressed. Spot the diagnosis? 

(784) A young patient has come with a fast growing tumour. Veins over the swelling is engorged and on auscultation gives murmur like sound.

(785) A young patient has come with an ulcer. The margin of the ulcer is undermined, thin and bluish. Spot the diagnosis?

(788) A patient has come with an ulcer on the face. The margin is raised and beaded, not everted. Spot the diagnosis? 

(789) A patient has come with greenish discharge from an ulcer with peculiar smell. Spot the diagnosis? 

(790) A young boy of 12 has come with a superficial ulcer of the skin of the face. It heals at the centre and spreads in the  periphery. Spot the diagnosis? the
