Spot the Diagnosis 891-900


891. A patient has come whose liver is soft,smooth and tender.he is having dyspnoe and oedma leg.
Spot the Diagnosis?
Ans: Congestive heart failure.

892. A patient has come with severe epixtaxis,on examination his liver is firm and nodular. Spot the diagnosis?
Ans: Portal cirrhosis.

893. A rundown patient of 65 has come. On plapation of his liver it is hard and coarsely irregular.
Spot the diagnosis?
Ans: secondary carcinoma of the liver. 

894: A patient has come. He complains of severe epistaxis. On examination of his spleen it is palpable.
Ans: Cirrhosis of liver

895:A patient of rigor and fever has come. He is suffering from a month or two. His total WBC count is only two thousand.
Ans :Kalazar 

896:A patient has come. His liver is enlarged, hard and nodular. Spot the diagnosis?
Ans: secondary deposit in liver. 

897: A jaundiced patient has come. His gall bladder is found to be enlarged.
        Spot the diagnosis?
Ans: Carcinoma head of pancreas. 

898: A patient has come with intermittent jaundice &rigor and intermittent colic.
Ans:  stone in the common bile duct.

899: A patient has come with a lump in the epigastrium. The lump is firm, irregular, tender and having mobility.
Spot the diagnosis?
Ans: Carcinoma stomach.

900: A patient has come with a lump in the epigastrium. The lump is less mobile and more tender.
Spot the diagnosis?
Ans: Subacute perforation of peptic ulcer.
