Spot the Diagnosis - 56

(1) A female of fifty has come with a fracture of femoral neck, she is hypertensive and having raised blood sugar . Her limbs are thin but face looks like a full moon.
Ans Cushing syndrome .
(2) A young lady has come with amenorrhoea and development of hair on face .
Ans Adrenogenital syndrome .
(3) An emaciated and run down patient of thirty five has come with multiple sinuses on the breast and the bluish coloration of skin around the sinuses . On the examination of discharge there is no sulphur granules .
Ans Tuberculosis of the breast .
(4) A patient was under treatment of carcinoma prostate . He developed gynocomazia . What was the reason .
Ans He was taking stilboestrol .
