(365) A patient of acute mastoiditis has come with deep seated retrobulbar pain and sixth cranial nerve palsy  . Spot the diagnosis?

(366) A patient has come with vomiting,excruciating pain at the lower thorax and emphysema in the neck. Spot the diagnosis?

Answers.
(365) Gradenigo's syndrome is caused by thrombophlebitis of inferior petrosal sinus.
(366) Rupture of oesophagus
