(1) A patients has venules over the costal margin.
Ans: Carries no clinical significance.
(2) A patient has come with unilateral enlargement of external jugular vein.
Ans: Vein is partially occluded in supra clavicular fossa by enlarged lymph node,neoplasm or aneurysm.
(3) A patient has come with growing nail of his big toe that looks like ram's horn .
Ans: Onychographosis.
(4) A patient has come with acute pain and shock with the history of missed periods.There is a bluish tinge around her umbilicus.
Ans: Ruptured ectopic gestation.
(5) A women has come with acute pain with restlessness and shock.There is a yellow hue around her umbilicus.
Ans: Acute pancreatitis.
(6) A patient has come with huge enlargement of liver, urticaria and dirty greenish stain around his umbilicus.
Ans: Ruptured hydatid cyst.
(7) A patient has come with ulceration of umbilicus, his lymph nodes in the both groin and axilla are enlarged, hard and fixed.
Ans: Carcinoma of umbilicus.
(8) A patient has pedunculated, ruspberry colour growth from umbilicus.
Ans: Ruspberry tumor.
(9) What are the conditions when there is pulsatation in the neck outside the sternomastoid  muscles .
Ans Exothalmic goitre , aortic incompetence , hypertension and aneurysm of the common carotid artery , on exertion and mental excitement .
(10) In patient there jugular venous pulsation .
Ans It may be due to tricuspid regurgitation or enlargement of right auricle .
