(1) A lady of forty from a well to do family came with chronic pain abdomen and dispepsia . She was treated for long but no relief ,eventually laprotomy was done but nothing abnormal was found except  one lymph gland was enlarged and inflamed in the triangle formed by cystic duct inferiorly , common hepatic duct medially and cystic artery laterally .
(a)What is your diagnosis ?
(b) What is this triangle known as ?
(c) What is the specific name of this lymph node ?

Ans (a) Chronic cholecystitis.
(b) Calot's triangle .
(c) This lymph node is called Lund's node or  (Mascagni's lymph node )

(1) A lady patient complains of dispepsia and pain on the tip of right shoulder . On examination there is hyperesthesia on the back right side from ninth to eleventh rib . What is your diagnosis ?
