(1) A patient came with pain abdomen with vomiting . There is hyperesthesia in the triangle formed by three lines , one from umbilicus to the anterior superior iliac spine ,the second line is from anterior superior iliac spine to the right pubic tubercle and the third from the right pubic tubercle to the umbilicus .
