Spot the diagnosis -87

(1) A rural ,febrile  patient says that the fever comes daily by evening train . On examination his spleen is enlarged .

(2) A febrile patient has come with palpable spleen . There is relative bradycardia .

(3) A febrile patient of months together has come . Only one thing is known that his total W.B.C count is  2000.

(4) A patient of low grade fever has come with palpable spleen and his lymph glands are big and rubbery in feel .

(5) A febrile patient has come with palpable spleen with cardiac murmurs .
