(1) In a radiological view of a patient of forty years of age  has an ulcer on the lesser curvature of stomach is more than one inch in length   . Spot the diagnosis ?
(2) A patient has come whose radiological finding is an ulcer on the greater curvature about half an  inch in length . Spot the diagnosis ?
(3) A child patient of four years of age  was brought to S.O.P.D . He has painless and gross enlargement of kidney without haematuria . Spot the diagnosis ?
(4) An adult male of  forty five has come with painless and gross enlargement of kidney . Spot the diagnosis ?

Answers
(3) Wilms tumour .
(2) All ulcers on the greater curvature of the stomach is thought to be malignant .
(4) Hypernephroma .
(1) Ulcers on the lesser curvature of stomach more than one inch is thought to be malignant.
