Spot the diagnosis -111



1.       A chain smoker of 55 complains of dull pain in his left ear. He consulted an E N T specialist but nothing abnormal was detected in his nose throat & ear. Spot the diagnosis.

Ans : Ischaemic Heart disease.

2.       A heavy drunkard has acute pain with profound sweating & shock. A surgeon was consulted
& he thought it to be a perforation & operated the case immediately for gastric perforation but nothing abnormal was detected in his whole abdomen. Can you diagnose the case?

Ans:  Acute Myocardial Infarction

3.       A hefty patient of 59 came with toothache in the left side of his mouth. He consulted a dentist but nothing abnormal was detected in his mouth & teeth. Can you diagnose his case? 
Ans:  Ischaemic  heart disease

4.       A Janitor says that her husband is a heavy drunkard. He drinks the whole amount whatever she earns daily. He consulted a physician in Sadar Hospital saharsa for swelling abdomen and everted umbilicus. The physician referred the case to PMCH for needful. Can you spot the diagnosis?

Ans : Cirrhosis of Liver

5.       A very beautifull lady came to a gynaecologist for habitual abortion. The gynaecologist after examination called for blood test. One test was abnormal. Which test was it??
