Spot the diagnosis 424-426

(424) A patient has come in the S.O.P.D for haematoma of the thenar eminence . He cannot approximate the tip of the thumb with the tip of the ring finger. Spot the diagnosis?

(425) A patient has come with exquisitely tender,red- coloured small localised area beneath the nail. Spot the diagnosis?

(426) A patient has come in the S.O.P.D . He has a painless ,soft cyst under the skin of the pulp of the thumb . The cyst is neither attached to the deeper tissue nor the skin . He has a history of pin-prick .Spot the diagnosis?

(424) Benette's fracture.
(425) Glomus tumour .
(426) Implantation dermoid cyst.
