(711) A patient of 50 has come. His liver is rock -like hard. Spot the diagnosis? 
(712) A patient has come his spleen is enlarged up to the umbilicus and hard to feel. Spot the diagnosis? 
(713) A patient has hepatic enlargement. there is cardiac murmur. Spot the diagnosis? 
(714) A patient has rigor,fever and sweating for long. On examination his spleen is palpable, clubbing of fingers and cardiac murmur.Spot the diagnosis?
