Spot the diagnosis 242-246

(242) A patient has come who has swelling and tenderness in his anatomical snuff box and you suspect fracture of scaphoid which view of x-ray would you like to have .
(243) You have been shown an x-ray plate of a boy of ten . There is haziness in the Babescock's triangle. Spot the diagnosis?
(244) A patient of sixty has come he has a chronic ulcer that bleeds on touch . Spot the diagnosis?
(245) A patient of thirty five has come with pain ,swelling and sluggish movement of his right knee joint . On x-ray there is soft tissue shadow with flecks of calcification in the joint . Spot the diagnosis?
(246) A patient has redness on both the maxillary prominence and gives the history of epistaxis. Spot the diagnosis?
