(2) A patient has been admitted for fever,rigor and profuse sweating . He has brawny endurance in the loin . Spot the diagnosis?
 
( 3) A patient of recurrent renal calculi has been admitted . His urine contains huge amount of calcium. Spot the diagnosis?
 
(4) An emaciated patient with vague abdominal pain has been admitted . His urine is acidic , contains pus cells and on ordinary culture urine is found to be sterile .
