Spot the diagnosis -98



(1) You have been told about a child patient of thirteen years old that he was admitted in a big hospital  for tumour of femur . The tumour disappeared completely after radiotherapy . Spot the diagnosis ?

(2) A laprotomy for vague abdominal pain was done . Everything is normal except an enlarged and inflammed lymph node is found in the calot's triangle which is formed by cystic duct ,cystic artery and common hepatic duct.

(3) A middle aged woman has come with pain ,tenderness and a nodule on the radial styloid process . Finkelstein's test is positive. Spot the diagnosis ?

(4) An x-ray plate of a patient was shown to you . There are multiple punched out areas of bone destruction in the size of pea in the x-ray plate. Spot the diagnosis ?
